Course Description:

This accredited qualification is ideal for people entering the construction industry with some previous experience of construction trades and good practical hand skills. This qualification is an idea progression route from our Master class in Multi-Trade & Property Developer courses, enabling candidates to gain an accredited diploma by NOCN. During your studies at our state-of-the-art industry facilities you will receive hands on training in practical sessions covering Plastering, Tiling, Bricklaying, Plumbing, Carpentry and Painting & Decorating.

All courses at Salt Training Limited are offered flexibly with course start times starting at 09.30 to enable busy parents the time to complete the school run.

Who is this course aim at?

Candidates who have already completed both the ‘Advanced/Master class in Multi-Trades & Property Development’ programmes who wish to take their skills to the next stage by gaining an accredited qualification recognised within industry.

What will this Qualification Lead to?

This qualification will enable you to enrol on the Level Two Diploma in Multi-Trades Refurbishments, Building Maintenance & Property Development gaining a full accredited level 2 qualification.
