Duration: 10 weeks (3 days a week Monday to Wednesday)

(2 days a week Thursday to Friday option available with proof of employment*)

Qualification: NOCN Level 2 Diploma in Building Maintenance, Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations (Construction)

Entry Criteria: There are no formal entry requirements to take this qualification, must be 19+ years old

The learner will cover knowledge on three core subject areas:

• Health, safety and welfare

• Information, quantities and communication

• Construction technology.

The Learner will also learn key practical skills and knowledge in:

• Erecting and dismantling access equipment and working platforms

• Developing customer relationships

• Carrying out masonry repairs

• Carrying out painting and decorating repairs

• Carrying out plastering repairs

• Carrying out plumbing repairs

• Carrying out wood repairs

• Carrying out tiling repairs

• Carrying out roofing repairs
