Meet the Team at STL
Kurt Salter
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Holds a Masters Degree, qualified Teacher, Advanced Bricklaying qualification and over 20 years experience within the construction and education industry holding roles such as Principal and Managing Director. Kurt is the founder of Salt Training Limited and will lead our organisation.
Natasha Salter
DIRECTOR
Experienced business owner with qualifications in aesthetics and Estate agency.
Natasha has 15 years experience of running her own successful businesses within East Kent. Natasha will lead on Salt Training Limited operations.
Anthony Salter
DIRECTOR
Over 40 year Construction Industry experience, Holds a teaching Degree, advanced Bricklaying qualification and Tiling qualification. Anthony also has over 10 years experience of Construction training. Anthony will lead our new centre in Herne bay and has overall responsibility for all staff, students and quality.
Emma Valente
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Emma leads on our Business Development and has over 10 years’ experience within the marketing and sales industry. Emma will be the main contact for Employers, New Business Opportunities and Partnership.
Paul Valente
ASSESSOR
Paul has a background in the waste management industry and a qualified assessor who leads on our online curriculum including Assessor and Verifier qualifications. Paul will work with candidates completing remote programmes.

Hannah Rust
OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Hannah is our Operations Assistant and supports with Registration, Enrolments, Invigilation, and liaison with our Awarding bodies
