Duration: 3 days a week for 15 weeks (Tues/Wednesday/Thursday)

Qualification: NOCN Level 2 Diploma in Building Maintenance, Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations (Construction)

Entry criteria: There are no formal entry requirements to take this qualification, must be 19+ years old

The learner will cover knowledge on three core subject areas:
-Health, safety and welfare
-Information, quantities and communication
-Construction technology.

The Learner will also learn key practical skills and knowledge in:
-Erecting and dismantling access equipment and working platforms
-Developing customer relationships
-Carrying out masonry repairs
-Carrying out painting and decorating repairs
-Carrying out plastering repairs
-Carrying out plumbing repairs
-Carrying out wood repairs
-Carrying out tiling repairs
-Carrying out roofing repairs
